Description:
Capio Group is seeking an experienced Software Engineer for a full-time remote position with a salary range of $120,000 - $135,000.
The Software Engineer will support client staff in the implementation and Maintenance & Operations (M&O) of the Continuum-EHR (Electronic Health Record) solution.
Responsibilities include preparing and delivering Monthly Status Reports (MSR) that summarize work completed, highlight ongoing tasks, and discuss project status and risks.
The role involves presenting weekly status reports that outline upcoming activities, schedules, findings, and corrective action plans.
The Software Engineer will plan, develop, and implement application architecture for both on-premise and cloud solutions, including data migration solutions.
Establishing a framework for API/Service-based development and designing security best practices for data protection, particularly concerning Protected Health Information (PHI), is essential.
The position requires acting as a Team Lead, coaching team members on software development best practices, and preparing necessary documentation for Agile Methodology and Enterprise Architecture.
A Final Report detailing contract activities, accomplishments, and suggestions for improvement must be developed and submitted.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming within the last fifteen (15) years.
At least four (4) years of this experience must have been in a lead capacity.
A bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field is required, with the possibility of substituting additional experience for education on a year-for-year basis.
A minimum of six (6) years of experience with C# .NET is mandatory.
Candidates must have at least four (4) years of experience in Dynamics CRM and/or Power Apps programming.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in migrating from on-premises to cloud environments using industry best practices is required.
Candidates must provide at least two (2) end client references from previous engagements within the last fifteen (15) years.
