The role involves joining the Data Collection (DC) team, which focuses on developing scalable systems for large-scale internet data collection and constructing high-quality datasets for CyberCube's product offerings.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required.
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience programming in Python, with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and Python paradigms, including object-oriented and functional programming concepts.
Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and machine learning modules such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn is necessary.
Experience with AWS technologies for computation, orchestration, and storage is required.
Candidates should have experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining microservice applications.
Strong SQL query and schema design skills are essential.
Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, is required.
Functional knowledge of containerized workflows using Docker and Kubernetes in cloud computing environments is necessary.
Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous development concepts, agile methodologies, and version control technologies like Git is required.
An eagerness to learn and utilize new technologies for problem-solving, especially in complex system design, is important.
The ability to write well-organized, readable, and efficient code is essential.
Excellent technical communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
Candidates should have an aptitude for time-sensitive analysis and troubleshooting tasks.
