Description:

• Build products to assist organizations in training their employees and addressing people-related challenges at scale.
• Collaborate with product, design, data, and content teams to develop a modern learning platform focusing on performance and scalability.
• Ship code regularly, ensuring it is testable, readable, and maintainable.
• Participate in scaling efforts and contribute to the product strategy and roadmap based on research about clients and learners.
• Monitor operational performance trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize user value.
• Fix bugs and performance issues.

Requirements:

• Advanced/fluent English skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Solid experience with Python and Django.
• Proficiency in React, PHP, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Terraform and SQL.
• Experience with infrastructure, cloud operations, and version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
