Description:

Jobrain is looking for a talented Software Engineer to help build and scale their AI-driven recruitment platform.
You will be working with a cutting-edge tech stack, including TypeScript, Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL (Neon/Supabase), AWS SageMaker, and machine learning.
The role involves developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications using Next.js (React) and NestJS (Node.js).
You will work with PostgreSQL (NeonDB or Supabase) to design and optimize database queries.
The position requires deploying and managing applications on Vercel for frontend and AWS SageMaker for ML model inference.
You will implement machine learning pipelines for candidate evaluation and job matching.
The role includes designing and developing interactive UI components using ShadCN and other modern UI frameworks.
You will collaborate with ML engineers, recruiters, and platform consultants to refine algorithms and enhance platform intelligence.
The position involves building and optimizing APIs and microservices for handling real-time data, user interactions, and AI-driven recommendations.
You will maintain high-quality, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.

Requirements:

Proficiency in TypeScript & JavaScript with experience in Next.js & NestJS is required.
A strong understanding of PostgreSQL is necessary, with NeonDB or Supabase experience being a plus.
Experience with Vercel for frontend deployment and AWS SageMaker for ML model deployment is essential.
Knowledge of Python and machine learning fundamentals, including ML model training, evaluation, and inference, is required.
Familiarity with UI frameworks like ShadCN for designing intuitive interfaces is necessary.
Experience in API development, microservices architecture, and database optimization is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
The ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment is required.
