Description:
- Rinsed is a B2B SaaS company focused on the $15bn Car Wash industry, providing tools for car washes to transition to a subscription model.
- The company is currently installed at over 1,800 car washes nationally, managing more than 5 million car wash memberships.
- As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the technical aspects of new product development and make strategic decisions alongside the founders and the development team.
- Daily responsibilities include writing efficient, clean, and well-tested code, defining software requirements with your mentor, analyzing requirements, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve Rinsed products.
Requirements:
- Candidates should be driven, self-disciplined, and naturally curious.
- Strong collaboration skills are essential, with a focus on transparency about task progress and seeking feedback.
- A pragmatic approach with a bias for action is necessary, even when solutions may not be perfect.
- Experience in software development and a willingness to work closely with senior engineers and leadership is required.
