Remote Software Engineer

Description:

• The Software Engineer will lead the development of innovative new systems and solutions using emerging technologies.
• Responsibilities include developing front-end prototypes for proofs of concept, integrating front-end systems into Active Directory for SAML authentication, maintaining code quality through testing, creating documentation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, deploying to cloud-based platforms, and utilizing tools for code and test generation.
• Qualifications include 3+ years of full-stack or front-end development experience, expertise in modern JavaScript and front-end frameworks (React preferred), understanding of web design principles, experience with front-end testing frameworks and RESTful services, and ability to adapt to an agile development environment.
• Desired characteristics include competency in secured internal network environments, familiarity with integrating language models and conversational AI technologies, adaptability in a fast-paced technology landscape, effective communication skills, and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Additional requirements include being fully remote.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-stack or front-end development experience with a comprehensive portfolio.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript, including ES6+ features and asynchronous programming.
• Strong understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks, code versioning tools, and writing clean, maintainable code.
• Basic understanding of backend technologies, RESTful services, and API integration in front-end projects.
• Ability to adapt to an agile development environment and visualize system architecture.
