Requirements:

Collaborative, open-minded, and eager to develop your craft.
Comfortable with pair programming and experienced in writing distributed, high availability systems.
Proficient in refactoring techniques, writing tests, and building modular, functional applications.
Skilled in developing solutions from client-side to server-side, with a solid understanding of HTTP.
Experience with deployment pipelines, continuous delivery on cloud platforms, and real-time analytics tools.
Customer-centric and able to work effectively with product managers.
Expertise in using tests to drive application design.
