Work on the web engineering team to create engaging digital experiences in collaboration with Product Management and Product Design.
Participate in an Agile team consisting of 4-5 engineers, a Product Manager, and a UX/UI designer.

Enhance the platform's usability and actionability for highly rated DNA test products.
Develop new features and systems that improve pet care understanding for pet parents.
Evolve the architecture to support Embark's growth.
Utilize a tech stack that includes React, MUI, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, Python, NodeJS, GraphQL, Express, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS services.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of professional web development experience is required.
Strong experience in web development areas such as CSS, frontend frameworks, SQL databases, and APIs is essential.
A foundational understanding of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, using SQL is necessary.
A solid understanding of AWS or similar cloud technologies is required.
Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or similar is expected.
Comfort with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue is important.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
An eagerness to learn new technologies and solve problems is essential.
Experience with customer-centric product development and an understanding of DevOps and Agile development philosophies are nice to have.
