The company is seeking a backend engineer with experience in Python to join their framework development team in Precision Medicine and Bioinformatics.
The role involves architecting and implementing a highly performant distributed system in Python for executing data analysis pipelines in various languages, including Golang and R.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 3 or more years of professional experience in software development.
A minimum of 2 years of experience with Python is required.
At least 1 year of Golang development experience is preferred.
Experience in designing and implementing RESTful web services and APIs is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with SQL or other relational databases.
Knowledge of concurrency and experience working with race conditions is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are essential.
Excellent communication and documentation skills are required, along with experience in Agile development methodology.
Candidates should show interest in improving existing solutions and learning new technologies.
Optional experience in the field of bioinformatics and DevOps is a plus.
