You should have an understanding of agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Experience writing code optimized for maintainability and scalability, using design patterns as appropriate, is necessary.
Familiarity with common frameworks and tooling, including testing frameworks such as Jest or similar, is expected.
Bonus: Experience with NestJS for building server-side applications is a plus.

You will be part of a top-notch team that is a diverse, experienced group motivated to make a difference in mental health care.
You will work in a collaborative environment and be part of building something from the ground up at a fast-paced startup.
The position offers flexible location options, allowing you to work remotely across the U.S. or from our HQ in NYC.
You will receive excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage effective from day 1 of employment, a 401K with match, generous PTO plus paid holidays, paid parental leave, and more.
You will have the opportunity to grow your career with us, honing your skills and building new ones with our Learning team as Talkiatry expands.
