The Corporate Engineering team is responsible for the in-house development of business systems supporting various areas such as merchants, customers, and authorities.
The mission is to contribute to the company's growth through technology, focusing on rapid development and operational efficiency.
The role involves building and operating a data analysis platform to support business decision-making and improve operational efficiency by effectively utilizing various data circulated within the company.
Responsibilities include designing data architecture, developing and operating components of the data analysis platform, defining KPIs and data, and promoting company-wide data governance and security measures.
Past projects include creating a data warehouse, improving GCP operations, building BI systems, and ensuring stable delivery of KPI reports.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in application development or in developing and operating components of a data analysis platform.
Experience in system development using cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
Fundamental knowledge of system development, including databases, networks, and security.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese is required.
Preferred skills include logical thinking, experience with job schedulers like AirFlow or Luigi, and experience in developing and operating data marts using workflow tools.
Experience in designing, developing, and operating large-scale data analysis platforms using Redshift or BigQuery is desirable.
Experience in team development with more than 10 members, including documentation, Git, communication, and project promotion.
Application development experience in Python, Shell Script, or other languages is a plus.
English communication skills, particularly in reading and writing, are advantageous.

Employment type is full-time with a remote work policy allowing work from anywhere in Japan.
Super flexible working hours with no core time, typically from 10 AM to 6:45 PM.
