Back-End Engineers will tackle cutting-edge challenges and develop innovative solutions that advance technology and deliver customer value.
Responsibilities include designing large scale, multi-tenant distributed control planes for ML and Data processes, modern Golang-based gRPC services, and core algorithms for distributed systems.
Engineers will also build distributed scheduling systems on Kubernetes, create simple APIs for various users, manage large data efficiently, and implement high-performance applications in Golang and Rust.
The role involves direct collaboration with customers, the open-source community, and internal teams to deliver value across multiple organizations.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Candidates must have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in building scalable, performant distributed services in any strongly-typed language.
Proven discipline in checking in well-tested and well-documented code is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for seamless integration with a global team and the open-source community.
Expertise in maintaining and debugging live software systems is required.
Candidates should have the ability to identify tasks that require automation and carry out the automation process.
High autonomy is expected, with the ability to make effective decisions in the absence of perfect information and oversight.
