Description:
The Software Engineer position at Teambooster AI involves designing, implementing, and optimizing software solutions to power AI agents.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining backend systems using Node.js, integrating with vector databases like Pinecone, and ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of AI agents.
The role also entails collaborating on developing prompts for GPT models, implementing RAG techniques, generating automated AI-driven reports, and working with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
The Software Engineer will be responsible for testing, validation, and maintaining clear documentation of software designs and processes.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript, or Java.
Proven experience in backend server development using Node.js and managing SQL, Non-SQL databases (Mongo DB), and vector databases (Pinecone) is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, particularly in building and deploying scalable applications, is necessary.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.
Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, along with experience working with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential.

The salary for the Software Engineer position ranges from 50,000 to 70,000 Php per month depending on experience.
