Remote Software Engineer

Description:

• The Software Engineer position at Teambooster AI involves designing, implementing, and optimizing software solutions to power AI agents.
• Responsibilities include developing and maintaining backend systems using Node.js, integrating with vector databases like Pinecone, and ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of AI agents.
• The role also entails collaborating on developing prompts for GPT models, implementing RAG techniques, generating automated AI-driven reports, and working with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
• The Software Engineer will be responsible for testing, validation, and maintaining clear documentation of software designs and processes.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript, or Java.
• Proven experience in backend server development using Node.js and managing SQL, Non-SQL databases (Mongo DB), and vector databases (Pinecone) is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, particularly in building and deploying scalable applications, is necessary.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, along with experience working with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential.
