Remote Software Engineer

Description:

• Parallelz is developing a new technology platform that allows mobile applications to be transformed into web-native apps, enabling them to run anywhere without the constraints of app stores.
• As a full stack product engineer, you will work closely with the leadership team to create innovative capabilities and experiences for Parallelz users.
• Joining at the early stages, you will help take the technology to market and shape it into a groundbreaking platform that will revolutionize the industry.
• The founding team and advisors have backgrounds from Google, Mozilla, Microsoft, MIT Media Labs, Nvidia, and other top organizations, with backing from global venture funds and angel investors.
• This role focuses on developing the frontend and backend of a new B2C consumer destination hub for applications, ensuring scalability, responsiveness, and user-centric design.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development or a combination of frontend and backend engineering.
• Experience in product development/engineering and familiarity with web applications architecture, single page applications (preferably React and Next.js), and network performance optimization.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python, along with knowledge of web application best practices.
• Nice-to-haves include experience with major cloud providers, WebAssembly, Rust, Java, Golang, C/C++, shipping software to production, scaling production software, product management, and a good eye for design.
