Remote Software Engineer

Description:

• Stord is seeking a talented and fast-paced Software Engineer to join their team and assist with product expansion.
• The engineer will work within a team to contribute, improve, and scale the software, fully owning entire features and influencing the specs.
• Responsibilities include building, modifying the back-end (Elixir/Phoenix), interacting with the front-end (React), and owning ongoing improvements for a product impacting the third-party logistics (3PL) industry.
• The role involves working with the group that builds, maintains, and owns the Order Management System (OMS), a core product at Stord.
• The OMS features power an innovative logistics network, enabling automations, routing, and order management tools for leading omni-channel brands.

Requirements:

• Passion for building high-quality software that delights users.

• Experience with Elixir or other functional programming languages, MVC frameworks, and turning wireframes into production-level features.
