Description:
The Software Engineer position at Patch My PC is a fully remote, full-time role suitable for mid-level professionals in software engineering.
The role involves designing, developing, testing, supporting, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and efficient applications and services to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities include collaborating with a team to build current and future solutions, writing high-quality code, and creating customer-facing content periodically.
The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in C# and .NET, experience with various software development aspects like DI/IOC, RESTful software, and multithreaded programming, and proficiency in Git source control.
The position requires at least 3 years of professional software product development experience, with expertise in .NET and/or ASP.NET Core, agile development, and communication skills.
Extra points are awarded for experience in enterprise management, front-end development, microservices, authentication/authorization, DevOps, and WPF MVVM.
Requirements:
Strong fundamentals and prior experience with C# and .NET.
Knowledge of networking, security, OOP, JSON, XML, SQL/NoSQL, ORMs, and Git source control.
Passion for designing and coding products with clean, verifiable code, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
Expertise in agile development, with at least 3 years of professional software product development experience.
Proficiency in .NET and/or ASP.NET Core, and excellent English communication skills.
Benefits:
Competitive Base Salary: $75,800 - $145,000 based on experience and location.
401k Match: Potential match of 10% with no cap, ranging from $7,580 to $14,500.
