• A willingness to learn Ruby/Rails is expected.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services and deploying applications is necessary.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other RDBMS is required.
• Candidates should be self-directed, organized, and versatile, with a willingness to work on various projects as assigned.
• A collaborative mindset and a focus on delivering value to customers are essential.
• A passion for learning and continuing professional development is important.
• Polyglots are preferred.
