Remote Software Engineer

Requirements:

• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer in a software development company is necessary.
• Frontend development experience in React is required.
• You must be able to drive the design and implementation of complex technical systems across multiple teams.
• Writing or refactoring code with maintainability and optimization in mind, improving test coverage, and making sound design tradeoff decisions is essential.
• You should be able to write comprehensive technical designs that communicate tradeoffs and assumptions clearly.
• Continuous improvement of code quality and systems under your ownership is expected, including defining best practices and efficient development processes.
• A proactive approach to delivering better solutions efficiently is necessary.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline, including Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields such as Physics or Mathematics with relevant experience, is preferred.
