Responsibilities include defining the technical vision, driving innovation for key systems, writing clean and optimized code, delivering work following best practices, creating technical design documents, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer in a software development company is necessary.
Frontend development experience in React is required.
You must be able to drive the design and implementation of complex technical systems across multiple teams.
Writing or refactoring code with maintainability and optimization in mind, improving test coverage, and making sound design tradeoff decisions is essential.
You should be able to write comprehensive technical designs that communicate tradeoffs and assumptions clearly.
Continuous improvement of code quality and systems under your ownership is expected, including defining best practices and efficient development processes.
A proactive approach to delivering better solutions efficiently is necessary.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are required.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline, including Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields such as Physics or Mathematics with relevant experience, is preferred.
