Remote Software Engineer

Description:

• Venafi is seeking a senior level Software Engineer to join their motivated and experienced team that protects major organizations worldwide.

• The engineer will work with the core engineering team to identify better ways to build cutting-edge technology.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 10+ years of programming and debugging experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience is required.
• A passion for creating high-performing backend server code is essential.
• Experience with .Net Framework Code (C#) and MS SQL Server is necessary.
• Understanding of x509 certificates and asymmetric and symmetric encryption is required.
• The ability to write clean, consistent, and well-documented code is a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong troubleshooting skills are required.
• Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks, such as JavaScript and React, is a plus.
