Remote Software Engineer

Description:

• Contribute to both frontend and backend development of the product, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Provide valuable insights into technical direction and product strategy as a core team member.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable systems to accommodate varying user loads.
• Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Establish and enforce best practices in engineering, coding, and security.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in deploying Large Language Models (LLMs), focusing on performance evaluation and accuracy.
• Background in building and scaling B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, as well as backend development using Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD tools, preferably in Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment, especially in health-tech, is highly desirable.
• Passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare.
