Remote Software Engineer

• The company provides intelligent demo automation software that helps scale Presales, making the buying process simple, pleasant, and fast.
• The Software Engineer role is a full-time, remote position based in Colombia, specifically within the Frontend Engineering team.
• Responsibilities include implementing and onboarding new customers to advanced technology, debugging problems in the browser, HTTP requests, authentication, and streaming.
• The engineer will collaborate with other team members to develop and implement best practices in a TypeScript/React environment and maintain the platform's continuous improvement.
• The role also involves delivering exciting new features and integrating products within the larger Consensus offering.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have deep experience with JavaScript and Web Browser APIs, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong frontend browser debugging skills are required.
• A solid understanding of different kinds of Web Authentication is necessary.
• Good working knowledge of web browser security features is expected.
• Experience with Chrome Extensions is preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with TypeScript and React.
• Familiarity with nodejs/express API development is required.
• Experience with PostgreSQL is preferred.
