Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated expertise in AI/ML implementations.
A strong foundation in TypeScript and Node.js is required, along with experience or willingness to work with AI frameworks in the TypeScript ecosystem.
Practical experience with multi-agent AI systems and agentic AI frameworks is necessary.
A proven track record of deploying production-ready LLM code and optimizing token usage at scale is essential.
Experience with AI/ML visibility tooling and monitoring systems is required.
Strong data analysis skills and experience working with large-scale datasets are needed.
Expertise in prompt engineering, RAG implementations, and LLM chain design is expected.
Candidates should be able to write scalable, yet scrappy code that balances innovation with practical business needs.
A demonstrated bias towards action and rapid iteration is important.
A low-ego, product-centric mindset with a focus on delivering customer value is required.
Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is preferred.
Proficiency with the core tech stack (React, React Native, Postgres, Redis) is necessary.
