Description:

The company is re-architecting the financial data layer of independent businesses by providing an affordable accounting, banking, and payments platform.
As a Software Engineer, you will help drive technical decisions and influence product direction to make agriculture more sustainable and profitable.
Responsibilities include delivering elegant product experiences, teaching best practices in engineering, learning about agrifinance, and improving existing architecture and tooling.
Within the first month, you will learn the tech stack, analyze best practices, familiarize yourself with the product, and contribute to team meetings.
By three months, you will collaborate with the Product team, own a large feature, plan infrastructure improvements, and ensure data hygiene.
By six months, you will design improvements to the engineering stack, promote engineering excellence, participate in hiring, and document your experiences.
Requirements:
You must have experience shipping web applications.
A passion for building software that enhances sustainability in natural resource industries, particularly agriculture, is essential.
You should be comfortable tackling ambiguous problems and creating elegant technical solutions.
Bonus qualifications include experience in agriculture, building financial products, and familiarity with Typescript, React, React Native, and/or Next.js.
