Remote Software Engineer (AI Core)

Description:

• Manage and direct processes and R&D to meet the needs of the AI strategy.
• Understand company and client challenges to integrate AI capabilities for solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify key areas where AI solutions can drive business benefits.
• Analyze and explain AI and ML solutions while upholding high ethical standards.
• Collaborate with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership on functional design, prototyping, testing, and support procedures.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in applying AI to technology solutions.
• Proficiency in ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, and NLP.
• Experience in program leadership, governance, and change enablement.
• Knowledge of algorithms, design principles, and best-practice patterns.
• Familiarity with REST API development, No SQL, and RDBMS design.
• Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with innovation accelerators and cloud environments.
