• As a Software Engineer on the AI Decisioning team, you will help growth teams use customer data to make personalized and optimized decisions.
• You will design and build scalable backend systems and ML infrastructure to process and analyze vast amounts of data in real-time.
• Your role will involve developing AI-driven features for hyper-personalization and decision automation.
• You will collaborate with machine learning engineers to experiment with cutting-edge techniques and integrate them into the platform.
• The position is fully remote and location-independent, with a salary range of $180,000 - $260,000 USD per year.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have expertise in backend systems and distributed computing.
• A passion for building a product from zero to one is essential.
• Experience with building ML platforms is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a growth mindset are necessary for success in this role.
