Sezzle, a U.S.-based company listed on NASDAQ, is seeking Software Engineers of all levels in Colombia for remote positions.
The salary ranges are as follows:
- Senior (8+ years of experience): $5,200 - $8,200 USD per month (Higher range for Golang developers)
- Mid (3-7 years of experience): $3,500 - $5,500 USD per month
- Junior (0-3 years of experience): $2,200 - $3,500 USD per month

Requirements:

Experience working on single-page web applications (SPA) and backend API development.
Proficiency in relational database storage and retrieval, software engineering tools, development methodology, and release processes.
BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
A+ character, hard-working mentality, excellent communicator, ownership mindset, and a fun attitude.
Ability to make decisions independently and seek input when needed.
