Remote Software Engineer, Analytics Support - Barcelona (Remote)

Description:

• Gridwise is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Analytics team to support the growth of their data product and enhance their analytics platform capabilities.
• The role involves providing technical support to data customers throughout the sales lifecycle and ensuring the reliable delivery of gig mobility and geolocation datasets.
• Responsibilities include guiding new customers through the onboarding process, collaborating with internal teams to address customer queries and data quality issues, developing workflows, building automated tools, generating data samples for prospective customers, monitoring data quality dashboards, and contributing to the development of support resources.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role for a B2B data or software product.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with databases and large datasets, business intelligence tools, and software monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to technical detail.
• Willingness to work US hours.

Exceptional candidates may have:

• Specific familiarity with Google Cloud’s data products.
• Experience with large geospatial datasets, cloud resources deployment, or prior experience in early-stage startups or data analytics companies.
