Responsibilities include assisting in the technical direction of the Android application and ensuring the app exceeds customer expectations.
The engineer will empower and coach team members, lead work on high-impact features for over 13 million users, and use A/B testing to iterate on user experiences.
The role involves modernizing the Android app codebase while delivering on the product roadmap and improving code quality through unit testing.
Collaboration with product teams to define and refine feature specifications is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in building, testing, releasing, and maintaining Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
Experience with Jetpack Libraries is required.
Applicants should advocate for clean code, good architecture, and excellent testing practices.
A holistic view of the product and experience working with cross-functional teams is necessary.
Candidates must have experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure for continuous delivery of value to customers.
