Remote Software Engineer - Angular

Description:

• The Software Engineer - Angular will be responsible for crafting client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
• They will provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project methods and tools.
• Gathering requirements, validating understanding amongst the team, and creating and maintaining relevant documentation will be part of their responsibilities.
• The engineer will execute activities within the current methodology and uphold the highest quality standards.
• Collaboration with fellow engineers, designers, and managers to comprehend user pain points and iterate on solutions that drive client success is essential.
• Taking ownership of projects, from technical design to a successful launch, is a key aspect of the role.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have 3 years of demonstrated expertise in Angular and Javascript.
• Nice to have skills include Node and React, as well as Backend Python.
• Experience in Databases such as Oracle and Mongo is required.
• They should have beginner to intermediate level design proficiency following UML / C4 / ArchiMate.
• Experience in engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity is necessary.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and proficiency with relational databases and SQL are essential.
• The candidate should have experience in building frontend/backend applications at scale and proficiency in the English language.
• Additional desired experience includes knowledge of source control tools, understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, knowledge of protocols like HTTP, and serialization formats like JSON and XML, knowledge of document databases, and experience with Unit testing.
