Description:
The Splatform team at Splash is seeking a full-stack Software Engineer to contribute to shaping the future of Splash’s architecture and ensuring customer success by working on key platform components such as authentication (Auth0), API gateway (Kong), integrations, and critical services.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable APIs to support various applications and integrations.
Responsibilities include creating, maintaining, debugging, and troubleshooting integrations with third-party services to ensure reliability, data consistency, and a seamless user experience.
The Software Engineer will also be involved in creating UX-friendly, reusable, accessible, modern frontend components and architecting solutions to complex problems that deliver clear customer value.
Collaboration with the team in scoping, estimating, implementing, and testing new features and fixes is essential, along with bug fixing and proposing long-term mitigation plans.
The role requires flexibility to work on both frontend and backend tasks depending on project requirements.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in building and maintaining high-quality products.
Proven experience across the stack with strong front-end and back-end technology knowledge.
Experience working in a cloud-based tech stack using modern languages, tools, frameworks, and technologies.
Understanding of writing good tests and their importance.
Strong synchronous and asynchronous communication skills.
