Description:

The position is for a Software Engineer based in the Philippines, with a work-from-home arrangement.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM PHT.
The role requires designing, developing, and delivering robust full-stack features using C#, MVC.NET, SQL Server, and Azure.
The engineer will work within an agile squad alongside other engineers, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners.
Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting microservices and event-driven solutions using MassTransit and Azure Service Bus.
The engineer will drive clean, maintainable, and testable code while continuously improving engineering practices.
The position plays a critical role in building and scaling the company's platform.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of professional experience in .NET development (C#) and SQL.
A deep experience with MVC.NET and backend service architecture is required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential.
Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments is necessary.
It is a plus to have proven experience in software testing, particularly with ASP.NET Core applications.
Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems, such as MassTransit and Azure Service Bus, is desirable.
Proficiency with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code is preferred.
Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and front-end frameworks, preferably Bootstrap and React, is a plus.
