Description:

  • We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications.
  • The ideal candidate should be passionate about continuous improvement, optimizing code for clarity, reliability, and performance, and working in a collaborative Agile environment.
  • Responsibilities include working as an integral part of an Agile team to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions.
  • The role involves building and maintaining web applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and usability.
  • You will leverage continuous deployment and test automation tools to deploy application changes multiple times per day.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions is essential.
  • The position requires developing and optimizing server-side applications and APIs using modern frameworks.
  • Utilizing web analytics to support product discovery and measure project KPIs is part of the job.
  • You will also test, measure, and optimize performance using Application Performance Management tools.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 2–5 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Vue, and HTML/CSS/SCSS is required.
  • Knowledge of server-side applications using Node.js frameworks, Python frameworks, or similar is necessary.
  • Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack or Grunt is expected.
  • Experience with responsive design using Foundation or Bootstrap is important.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning are essential.
  • An understanding of accessibility, usability, information architecture, and interaction design principles is required.
  • Experience with unit testing in JavaScript (Jest, QUnit) and/or Python (unittest) is a plus.
  • US Citizenship is required for this position.
