Pubstack’s product is an Ad Management platform (SaaS) that empowers web publishers through a data-driven approach to optimize their ad stacks.

As a Software Engineer, you will develop new features, optimize performance, and drive the evolution of the Ad Management Engine.
Responsibilities include writing efficient TypeScript code for the engine, developing Rust-based server-side services, and tackling complex technical challenges.
You will collaborate with the product team using the Shape Up methodology, participate in code reviews, implement automated testing, and stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience after obtaining a diploma is required.
Fluency in both French and English is necessary.
Advanced knowledge of TypeScript is essential.
Intermediate knowledge of Rust and Golang is required.
Intermediate knowledge of React and Node.js is necessary.
Intermediate knowledge of MongoDB is required.
Intermediate knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure as code is necessary.
Knowledge of Ad-tech is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is essential.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude is expected.
