Remote Software Engineer, Back-End Focus

Description:

• The Software Engineer, Back-End at Kin will work on developing products and features to enhance the company's operations.
• The role involves using Ruby on Rails for back-end development, Typescript for front-end, and PostgreSQL for the database.
• Agile methodologies are applied to product and software development processes.
• Responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, delivering stories and features, pair programming, participating in team meetings, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements:

• Must have a track record of shipping small to medium size software projects.
• Proficiency in coding with Ruby, Javascript, or Typescript is required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with self-motivation.
• Ability to learn quickly, apply previous knowledge, and continue developing skills.
• Location preference in Central or Eastern time zones (CST & EST).
