The role is for a backend-focused Software Engineer who will design, construct, and maintain APIs, services, and systems.
Responsibilities include developing new features, refining internal tooling, contributing to product and technical roadmaps, and taking on diverse organizational responsibilities.
The engineer will design and maintain robust backend services, collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to new features, synchronize efforts with engineering and product teams, and maintain user-facing technical documentation.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Software Engineer specializing in web backend development is required.
Proficiency in Golang is a significant advantage for candidates.
Additional experience in data engineering is highly desirable.
A successful track record of delivering high-quality production services and systems is essential.
Candidates should have a customer-centric approach with strong empathy towards users.
Relevant industry experience, particularly in banking or fintech, and domain knowledge in fraud prevention or compliance is preferred.
Proficiency in English is required, covering both casual conversations and formal reports.
