Description:

As a Software Engineer, you will help enable the product and infrastructure to scale with the business and work on complex projects across the technical stack.
You will design and build CI and build systems to ensure robust product development.
The role involves modernizing testing tooling and tightening iteration loops in the developer experience.
You will address scalability problems related to the build system, developer workflows, and key infrastructure and services.
Supporting design reviews and communicating constraints to ensure appropriate trade-offs is also part of the job.
You will pave the path for new critical infrastructure to stay ahead of rapid growth.
Collaborating with talented engineers to significantly impact the customer base and improve their security is expected.

Requirements:

You must have at least 3 years of industry experience.
Experience with infrastructure challenges related to scale, reliability, and performance is required.
Previous startup experience or experience in an environment that prioritizes a bias for action is necessary.
You should have experience working on greenfield projects.
An interest in learning about security or prior experience in the security space is preferred.
Contributing to building Vanta’s engineering culture as the company grows is essential.
