The AI Agent team focuses on creating advanced AI Agents that address practical customer problems using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agent systems.
The Software Engineer will design and maintain server architecture for high-volume interactions, ensuring reliability and performance.
Responsibilities include developing scalable backend architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, enhancing system scalability and reliability, optimizing server response times, and implementing security measures.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in backend system architecture, cloud services, or related technology fields.
Knowledge in designing and maintaining APIs with a strong understanding of protocols such as gRPC and REST is essential.
Experience in high-performance database schema design and query optimization, including SQL and NoSQL databases, is required.
Candidates should have experience with containerized application deployment using Kubernetes and Docker in microservices architectures.
Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, along with an understanding of cloud security and compliance standards, is necessary.
Bonus points for experience working with Virtual Agent or AI Agent systems.
