The Software Engineer, Backend (AI Infrastructure) will drive the execution of infrastructure and platform initiatives related to AI/ML pipelines.
Responsibilities include building tools, automating tasks, and developing CI/CD systems.
The role requires a collaborative mindset and involves mentoring junior team members.
Key tasks include designing and deploying MLOps infrastructure, developing scalable cloud AI/ML pipelines, and implementing best practices for model development automation.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates should have 1-3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and operating scalable software systems and services.
Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Spark, Airflow, AWS, and CI/CD is necessary.
A solid foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering, is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
The ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and communicate clearly about work is important.
Knowledge of computer vision, deep learning, machine learning, or statistical and predictive modeling is a strong plus.
