Meroxa is seeking talented engineers to create intuitive, data-centric developer experiences for real-time data infrastructure.
The role involves building highly performant distributed systems focusing on resiliency, security, and scalability.
Responsibilities include developing tooling and internal systems for monitoring, debugging, and deploying software.
You will address complex problems at both application and system levels, collaborate with teammates and technical partners, and own all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Design, build, deploy, and maintain microservices optimized for high availability, throughput, fault tolerance, and performance.
Challenge architectural choices, mentor other engineers, and work in a culture of feedback, inclusion, and engineering excellence.

Requirements:

Strong technical background in software engineering and designing large-scale systems.
Extensive experience with languages like NodeJS, Ruby, or Java, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Solid OOP and software design knowledge to create extensible, reusable software meeting architectural objectives.
Preference for simple solutions over complex ones, with a focus on building the right thing for maximum customer value.
Ability to work autonomously, embrace new technologies, and handle challenges of scale.
Excellent listening skills, ability to set a vision, and work cross-functionally with trust from co-workers at all levels.
