Requirements:

• Strong technical background in software engineering and designing large-scale systems.
• Extensive experience with languages like NodeJS, Ruby, or Java, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Solid OOP and software design knowledge to create extensible, reusable software meeting architectural objectives.
• Preference for simple solutions over complex ones, with a focus on building the right thing for maximum customer value.
• Ability to work autonomously, embrace new technologies, and handle challenges of scale.
• Excellent listening skills, ability to set a vision, and work cross-functionally with trust from co-workers at all levels.
