Jobgether is seeking a Software Engineer – Backend in Poland to build high-impact, cloud-native applications.
The role involves working with modern technologies such as .NET Core, AWS, and microservices in a remote-first team environment.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing backend features for a large-scale platform, developing and maintaining a microservices-based architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional R&D teams.
The engineer will work with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes to streamline deployment processes.
The position focuses on optimizing performance and reliability of services across distributed systems and participating in code reviews to support team growth.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong experience with .NET Core and .NET Framework.
A solid understanding of microservices architecture and backend development best practices is required.
Experience with MySQL is necessary, and knowledge of FireBird or Oracle is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes is essential.
An understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, is required.
Previous experience with multi-tenant systems is advantageous.
