Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a software engineering role.
A fast learner who can quickly adapt to new tools and technologies is essential.
The ability to take ownership and solve problems efficiently is required.
Candidates should be able to understand and reason about complex systems.
High empathy and a keen understanding of how others think are important traits.
Familiarity with the tech stack, including Golang, Typescript, AWS, and Postgres, is a bonus.
Experience in the analytics/customer data/big data space is also a bonus.
