Description:

Figma is seeking a Software Engineer for their Billing Team, which is a full stack web engineering group focused on automating revenue workflows and building payment and billing capabilities.
The role involves contributing to Figma's growth by designing, building, testing, and shipping a smooth payment and billing experience for customers.
Responsibilities include working on key areas such as checkout, invoicing, customer lifecycle, pricing and packaging, and recurring billing.
The engineer will collaborate with various business partners to ensure accuracy in revenue reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is a full-time position that can be performed from one of Figma's US hubs or remotely within the United States.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
A proven track record of building, scaling, and shipping high-quality products in high growth environments is required.
The ability to work across the stack to create great experiences and solve problems for customers and the business is essential.
Strong collaboration and communication skills are necessary, as the team is distributed with a mix of hybrid and full-time remote members.
A passion for data modeling and API design problems is preferred.
Candidates should demonstrate strong operational excellence and ownership of their projects, including testing, measuring, and monitoring their work.

The annual base salary range for this role in the San Francisco or New York hub is between $149,000 and $350,000 USD, with compensation based on individual qualifications and market demands.
