Great Question is a well-funded startup hiring Engineers with experience in Ruby on Rails to join their fully remote team.
The mission is to democratize user research, helping companies communicate with their customers to build software that meets their needs.
The team consists of about 30 employees, and the company tripled its revenue in 2024, aiming to replicate this success in 2025.
This role is fully remote and open to individuals living in Florianopolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
Responsibilities include building and improving internal and public APIs, owning large third-party integrations, developing custom data integration solutions for enterprise customers, monitoring performance and infrastructure, and shaping the culture and processes of the engineering team.

Requirements:
Candidates must have a bias for action, focusing on delivering customer value while making technical decisions.
A strong desire to solve hard problems and a commitment to building things the 'right' way is essential.
Candidates should be customer-centric, willing to connect with real users to validate assumptions.
High conviction is required; candidates should take pride in their code and be passionate about delivering their best work.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails is required.
Professional experience in building and maintaining web applications is necessary.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Bonus points for experience with React and Typescript.
