Remote Software Engineer, Business Experience

Description:

• CodeSignal is seeking Software Engineers to join their Product Engineering team and work on the business-facing portion of their Hire and Develop product suites.
• The role involves contributing to projects such as autocomplete for coding languages, live collaborative editing for the IDE, and persistent workspace sessions.
• Signalites at CodeSignal are expected to understand decisions, act independently, and take responsibility for users, customers, and the company.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with the executive team, leading design discussions, developing product features across the full stack, writing clean and maintainable code, and conducting code reviews.
• The position requires at least 2 years of professional software engineering experience, clear communication skills, drive, initiative, and full-time availability.
• Bonus points for experience with JavaScript, React, GraphQL, Meteor/Node, MongoDB, Flow/Typescript, Docker, or in Ed Tech or HR Tech industries.
