Description:

The Engineering Team focuses on improving processes, quality, and techniques to produce high-quality software solutions.
The team operates with a DevOps culture and a "you build it, you run it" mentality, favoring a Lean approach to product development.
Responsibilities include partnering with Product/User Experience designers, team collaboration, mentorship, technological evangelism, requirements gathering, design, implementation, pair programming, peer code reviews, and participating in on-call rotation.
Primary technologies used are C#, .NET, Github, Azure DevOps, SOAP/REST web service APIs, Redis, NoSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Secondary technologies include Typescript/React, Angular, AWS services, CI/CD tools, and experience with cloud technologies.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience developing in C# is required.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills are necessary.
Experience in developing web applications, working with databases, and consuming APIs is essential.
Understanding of relevant software development tools, including version control, build processes, and test frameworks, is required.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud computing infrastructures such as AWS or Azure, use of source code repositories, and experience with SQL Server databases.
Performance tuning and optimization for high-scale systems, experience working with development teams in multiple time zones, and a proven track record of creating secure and scalable software are preferred.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, online marketplaces, or digital advertising is advantageous.
