Requirements:
An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer in a software development company is necessary.
Frontend development experience in React is required.
You must be able to design and implement complex technical systems efficiently across multiple teams.
Writing or refactoring code with maintainability and optimization in mind is essential, along with improving test coverage and contributing to high-quality code reviews.
You should be able to write comprehensive technical designs that communicate technical tradeoffs and assumptions clearly.
Continuous improvement of code quality and systems under your ownership is expected, including defining technical best practices.
A proactive approach to delivering better solutions efficiently is necessary.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are required.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline is necessary, with consideration for candidates with degrees in Physics or Mathematics if they have relevant experience.
