Description:

Reltio is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of their AI-powered data unification and management capabilities.
The role involves working on the Core Platform development across multiple cross-functional teams, focusing on large and complex components of the MDM platform.
The engineer will be technically responsible for feature delivery, which includes presenting solutions to architects and driving feature delivery.
Responsibilities include distributing tasks among team members, collaborating with QA to review testing approaches, and ensuring comprehensive internal feature documentation.
The engineer will work closely with tech leads, architects, Kanban masters, QA, and PMs to deliver high-quality work and develop complex features.
The position requires providing good code coverage in unit and integration testing and making daily technical decisions.
Professional communication with representatives from other cross-functional teams is essential, along with readiness for sustenance in areas under the engineer's responsibility.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in enterprise application design and development.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in backend application development is required.
Proven ability to deliver solutions, provide implementation support, and engage with customers is essential.
At least 1 year of experience in building scalable distributed data systems using Java and Cloud Technology is necessary.
A strong technical background with previous development experience for enterprise customers is required.
Candidates must possess strong Java knowledge (Java 8 and above) and Java Runtime basics.
The ability to provide technical mentorship and leadership to junior team members is expected.
Hands-on technical skills are necessary, including comfort with reviewing and writing code.
A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in algorithms, data structures, software design, and building large, distributed systems is required.
Experience in performance optimizations, code profiling, and Java application runtime analysis is essential.
