Description:

The Software Engineer is responsible for applying effective analysis, design, programming, and testing skills to produce software systems.
This role involves assisting with the technical direction of projects.
Conduct analysis of project and software requirements as part of specific assigned work packages, in accordance with designated standards of methodology, style, and quality.
Develop software designs, coding, and testing according to specific work packages and project needs, in accordance with company standards of methodology, style, and quality.
Perform technical tasks, including unit test functions, as required, to support the internal quality and control arrangements as defined by company policy and project requirements.
Undertake assigned integration planning and software building definition tasks.
May act as technology authority in short- or long-term planning, making recommendations on technical policies within an overall program.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals.
Identify areas of design that have potential to be patented.
Provide proactive and reactive support services to maintain the availability and reliability of the client environment.
Develop software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects and align these with business strategies and objectives.

Requirements:

Possess expert knowledge of various software and performance monitoring techniques.
Have developed skills and knowledge of one of the major relational database packages such as Oracle, SQL Server, Access, Sybase, or DB2.
Have 1 - 2+ years of experience in Programming.
Be proficient with modern DevOps Tools and utilities.
Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results.
Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
Demonstrate effective presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information across various levels.
Communicate technical concepts and align them with client business goals and objectives.
Exhibit proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possess excellent customer relationship building and management skills.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Show strong consultative and planning skills.
