Description:

  • 360Learning is seeking a Software Engineer to join their growing team of over 60 engineers divided into 10 product squads.
  • The role involves tackling complex technical challenges, including managing a significant codebase and high traffic from 2.3 million registered users and 200,000 unique monthly visitors.
  • The technical stack includes MongoDB, Node.js, and Vue.js, with a current migration to TypeScript.
  • New hires will undergo a structured onboarding process, starting with familiarization with the 360Learning platform and codebase within the first month.
  • By the end of the first year, engineers will be expected to onboard new team members, own parts of the codebase, and work on complex functionalities impacting multiple teams.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have significant full stack programming experience, including familiarity with Agile methodologies and SaaS software architecture.
  • An interest in JavaScript technologies is required, though expertise is not mandatory.
  • Applicants should be skilled in creating quality user interfaces that are intuitive and efficient.
  • Comfort with algorithms and a product-oriented mindset focused on customer experience are essential.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills are necessary.
  • Fluency in English (US/UK) at a B2 level or equivalent is required.
  • Enthusiasm for the company's working environment is expected.
