Description:

360Learning is seeking a Software Engineer to join their growing team of over 60 engineers divided into 10 product squads.
The role involves tackling complex technical challenges, including managing a significant codebase and high traffic from 2.3 million registered users and 200,000 unique monthly visitors.
The technical stack includes MongoDB, Node.js, and Vue.js, with a current migration to TypeScript.
New hires will undergo a structured onboarding process, starting with familiarization with the 360Learning platform and codebase within the first month.
By the end of the first year, engineers will be expected to onboard new team members, own parts of the codebase, and work on complex functionalities impacting multiple teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have significant full stack programming experience, including familiarity with Agile methodologies and SaaS software architecture.
An interest in JavaScript technologies is required, though expertise is not mandatory.
Applicants should be skilled in creating quality user interfaces that are intuitive and efficient.
Comfort with algorithms and a product-oriented mindset focused on customer experience are essential.
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills are necessary.
Fluency in English (US/UK) at a B2 level or equivalent is required.
Enthusiasm for the company's working environment is expected.
