• The Growth Team Software Engineer role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing software solutions to enhance user acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• A B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Candidates should have at least 3 years of software development experience.
• An affinity for creating extensible, performant, and readable software is essential.
• Experience in building product infrastructure, distributed systems, and data models is necessary.
• Proficiency in languages like Ruby on Rails, Go Lang, Java, or similar is required.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and Cassandra is needed.
• Experience in building for Cloud Infrastructure like AWS, GCP, Azure, or private clouds is a must.
